If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return the unused product(s) within 14 days of original delivery. For a refund to occur, all returned products must be completely unused with the tags still attached. If the item(s) are unused and the tags are still attached, PhysicianEndorsedStore.com will gladly refund the product purchase price, excluding shipping. Used merchandise or products with with tags removed or reattached will not be refunded.

If you experience or notice any manufacturer or material defects within 14 days of original delivery, please notify PhysicianEndorsedStore.com and we will send you a replacement product at no additional charge.

Exchanges & Returns:

All returns and exchanges must first be approved by PhysicianEndorsedStore.com. Detailed packing and shipping instructions will be included with your RMA number. All returns must be packed securely to prevent damage and, if possible, should be returned in the original box with a legible copy of the original packing slip. All returns must shipped within 2 weeks of receiving an RMA number. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with mailing back returns/exchanges.

Shipping and Handling:

Shipping to the continental United States is via Standard UPS and should arrive within 4-5 days of being ordered. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is via US Mail and may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
